Hot Bent Curved Glass Clear Bending Tempered Laminated Sheet is available in various thicknesses including 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 19mm. We provide a new benchmark in high-quality architectural glass solutions.
Tempered Glass is produced by heating flat glass to approximately 650°C and rapidly cooling it with air jets. It is designed for high wind load areas and safety-critical environments.
Curved Tempered Glass is shaped using specific molds and equipment before rapid cooling. This process creates uniform compressive stress, improving bending and impact resistance by four times compared to standard glass. If broken, it shatters into small, blunt particles to minimize injury risk.
Hot Bent Glass is softened by heat to fit a specific mold and then annealed. We offer single bend, bending, and composite bend varieties.
Laminated Glass utilizes high-quality adhesive interlayers (PVB or SGP) to bond two or more sheets of glass together for superior security and strength.
