What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Letter of Credit (LC) at sight is also accepted.
What are your terms of delivery?
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU delivery terms.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to specific samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your physical samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, however, customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier fees.
Do you test your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing before delivery. Depending on the order quantity, we can also provide 1-2 pieces for side window glass models free of charge for quality verification.
