Laminated Glass: Formed as a sandwich of 2 sheets of glass, bonded together with a tough and thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heating and pressure. We offer various combinations of clear or tinted float glass and colored PVB films to meet specialized architectural and safety requests. Our capabilities include Flat, Bending, Curved, and Tempered variations, as well as Bullet Proof glass.
Tempered Glass: Manufactured by heating flat glass to just below its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air. This process creates powerful compressive stress on the outer surfaces and tensile stress in the interior, ensuring superior impact resistance and safety.
