Cover glass is a critical part of capacitive touch screens. In-car device glass is used in dashboards, navigation screens, HUD, and entertainment systems. The glass is designed to be highly transparent, anti-reflective, scratch-resistant, and anti-fingerprint to provide a comfortable visual experience using AG, AF, and AR coatings.
AG glass (anti-glare glass) undergoes specialized treatment to form fine particles on the surface, achieving multi-angle diffuse reflection. This reduces incident light reflection from 8% to below 2%, eliminating glare and improving visual comfort.
