How is the glass packaged for international shipping?
We use seaworthy, strong plywood crates with paper or powder interleaving. Our loading teams have extensive experience in securing crates within containers to ensure safe transport.
What are the standard payment terms?
Our standard term is T/T 30% in advance and 70% upon receipt of the B/L copy. For small or highly customized orders, 100% T/T in advance may be required. L/C at sight is also accepted.
Are free samples available?
Yes, small samples can be provided for free. However, if you require large-size samples or specific custom designs, a production cost may apply.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Most standard orders are completed and ready for shipping within 2 weeks after the deposit is received.
