High transparency switchable smart glass, specifically 6+6 laminated smart glass, utilizes PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) film technology. The light scattering power is adjustable through an electric field. When the power is OFF, visible light scatters through the PDLC, making the film opaque. When the power is ON, visible light transmits through the PDLC, and the film becomes clear.
The film structure is composed of PET film, ITO film, polymer, and liquid crystal molecules, ensuring stability and performance.
