All glass products are packed in safety plywood crates. These do not require fumigation and are designed to withstand international shipping stresses.

Typically, glass loading is arranged within 10 working days after order confirmation and payment. Larger custom orders may require up to 20 days.

5. What payment and shipping terms do you offer?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP terms. Standard payment is 50% T/T deposit, with the balance settled before shipment.

6. Is there a color difference in tinted glass?

Please note that for colored glass (tinted float or reflective), slight variations may occur between different production batches. We recommend confirming batch details for large projects.
