02 Product Description

Laminated glass is formed as a sandwich of 2 sheets of glass, between which is bonded together with a tough and thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heating and pressure. We offer various combinations including clear or tinted float glass, and colored PVB film to meet specialized requests. Our production capabilities include Flat, Bending, Curved, Tempered, and Bullet Proof laminated glass.

? Frequently Asked Questions
What makes laminated glass safer than regular glass?
Laminated glass features a PVB interlayer that holds glass fragments together upon impact, preventing dangerous shards from scattering and causing injury.
Can you provide custom sizes for specific building projects?
Yes, while we have standard sizes like 2440x1830mm, any custom cutting and design size is available to meet your architectural requirements.
What are the main applications for this type of glass?
It is widely used in doors, windows, building facades, shower screens, cosmetic mirrors, and even as bulletproof glazing depending on the thickness.
How is the glass protected during international shipping?
We use standard export-grade wooden or plywood crates with paper interlayers between each sheet to ensure moisture protection and prevent scratching.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Usually, orders are processed and ready for delivery within 15 days after the order is confirmed.
